Abstract

E-commerce is a process of trade transactions between sellers and buyers by utilizing internet media online to save operational costs such as paper, ink, and catalog printing. Sinar Cell is a cellular shop that is engaged in selling cellular devices in the form of new and used cellphones that have many customers spread across the West Nusa Tenggara region. Currently, the sales procedure at Sinar Cell stores is still conventional, where customers come directly to the store or make transactions by telephone because they do not have online marketing media. Based on this, a sales e-commerce application is needed which is developed using the SDLC (System Development Lifecycle) method using PHP programming and My SQL database. This application can help companies promote their products and make it easier to manage sales. In addition, it can help customers to get product-related information quickly and can place orders directly without space and time limits.

Abstract

The application of E-Office in office activities and service fulfillment at the Polytechnic of STIA LAN Bandung creates information technology-based services. The application of e-office information technology to support e-government has a positive impact on improving employee performance in the Polytechnic of STIA LAN Bandung environment in Bandung. The available applications are also quite diverse, starting from office administration contained in the FiSH (file Sharing) and Andalan (Archive and mail administration) applications, learning services carried out through the Microsoft Team and registration services through the PCMB Online information system. This study will elaborate on the use of E-Office as an online service medium used at the Polytechnic of STIA LAN Bandung.

Abstract

Mokascirebon.com is a trusted showroom in Cirebon for buying and selling second hand motorcycle, where in the business of buying and selling second hand motorcycle, it requires a large amount of capital and must be able to turn in and out of the motorcycle quickly considering that the longer the motorcycle is sold, the price will be decreased, and also if the tax of motorcycle stocks are in due date, it will increase the capital costs which is needed. The length of time a motorcycle has been sold has many factors, including tight business competition, where all of them are competing to increase sales of their second hand motorcycle and also have a system that makes working faster and more precise. From those problems, an idea is emerged to increase the motorcycle sales by increasing the reach of promotional media on the Android platform and creating an Android based computerized system that is able to accelerate the internal work of the company. In designing this application using the waterfall method, where the stages are gathering needs, building and evaluating waterfall, coding, testing, evaluating the system until finally the system can be used. The programming language used is Java and also uses the Android Studio application to create the Android application. The database used is MySQL. The supporting tools used are Photoshop, Corel Draw and the Android Emulator. With this android based second hand motorcycle sales information system to Increase Sales at Mokascirebon.com, it is hoped that it will be able to increase sales of second hand motorcycle and to simplify and accelerate the company's internal work

Abstract

Grocery stores are now experiencing competition in the business world that is getting tighter, making businesses have to think hard in developing strategies to face competition. In developing strategies that benefit companies can take advantage of information technology. Information technology can help business companies in conducting their business. In this case, business companies can utilize the data generated by information systems to assist in decision making if processed correctly; such data can produce valuable information. Data Mining is the process of using artificial intelligence mathematical statistics techniques and Machine Learning to extract and identify useful information and related knowledge from various large databases/ Data  Warehouse  (Kennedi Tampubolon, 2013).   In this study, researchers used a priori algorithm and  Hash-Based  Algorithm to determine consumer spending patterns or consumer shopping cart data used as much as  1023  transaction data with a minimum value of 0.03 and Confidence of 0.5. This study resulted in an Apriori algorithm producing seven rules and forming a combination of 2 items with a rule strength of 13.14% and accuracy of  92.80%. Hash-Based Algorithm 7 Rule developed as many as two itemsets with a rule strength of 14.35%and  formed an accuracy of  107.76%. From  the results of the algorithm, comparison  can be  concluded  that  Hash-Based  Algorithm is better   than  Apriori algorithm

Abstract

In managing a large network, it takes the ability to manage the network so that traffic is good. To connect to such a large network requires many routers, each router will connect to one another. But the best choice of any router is required for network traffic efficiency. There are two routing protocols that can be used, namely static routing and dynamic routing. EIGRP is dynamic routing which, principally between routers, can communicate directly and dynamically, so that when there is a new router in a network, routers can communicate directly because they can exchange information. EIGRP uses the Diffussing Update Algorithm (DUAL) in determining the best path. In this study, EIGRP metrics will be analyzed to try the best path on the network by sending Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) packets. There are two networks that will be tested with differences in the Fast Ethernet bandwidth interface of each router. This experiment resulted in different values between Fast Ethernet default bandwidth and non-default bandwidth, so that the value of the variable affects the selection of the best path of network traffic

Abstract

E-voting is an election system in which data is recorded, stored and processed in the form of digital information. The Student Executive Board (BEM) STMIK Syaikh Zaenuddin NW Anjani is an organizational forum to foster and direct students in the field of organization. Every year there will be a change of President BEM STMIK Syaikh Zaenuddin NW Anjani, direct elections are always carried out which are followed by all conventionally active students, namely students must come to campus to exercise their voting rights with a limited time burden and other problems. Based on these problems, an election system is needed that utilizes technology that is not limited to space and time, namely e-voting. E-voting system for the election of student presidents with technology to make it easier to make elections and minimize time efficiency, productivity, student learning on campus and reduce damaged ballots. The e-voting system uses the PHP programming language and uses a MySQL database.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan E-study dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di Politeknik STIA LAN Bandung menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Hal ini dapat tercapai karena mahasiswa/i mendapatkan kesempatan untuk berinteraksi, baik dengan dosen maupun teman sekelas secara fleksibel, serta dapat mengeksplorasi materi kuliah secara lebih luas. Mahasiswa/i dapat melakukan pembelajaran dengan dosen melalui e-study secara tekstual maupun visual. Metode pembelajaran dapat dipilih secara sinkron ataupun asinkron. Fitur yang tersedia juga cukup beragam, mulai dari fitur untuk menyajikan materi, melakukan diskusi, memberikan tugas, kuis, sampai pada penyelenggaraan ujian khususnya UTS dan UAS. Melalui e-study, Mahasiswa/i dapat belajar meskipun ia tidak hadir di kelas secara fisik. Penelitian ini akan mengelaborasi pemanfaatan e-study sebagai media pembelajaran jarak jauh yang digunakan di Politeknik STIA LAN Bandung selama 3 Tahun terakhir.

Abstract

The need for information in the world of education in this modern era is very important in determining the progress of an institution. By implementing and utilizing information technology can facilitate school institutions in organizing data and will produce a database file that will make it easier for users to access data. However, the use of information technology at SDIT Ibnu Khaldun Cirebon has not been used optimally. This is where the author's desire to create a Smart School application emerged, which is an application that functions as an academic information application to support daily activities at the school.This study aims to improve the quality of schools and meet the needs of schools and parents in disseminating general school information, and student academic information at SDIT Ibnu Khaldun Cirebon.The method used in this research is the research and development method. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews. This research was conducted at SDIT Ibnu Khaldun by involving teachers, principals, students, and parents of students as research subjects.Based on the results of testing with the black box method on the Smart School application, it can be concluded that functionally it produces results that are in line with expectations

Abstract

The network administrator is a person who is responsible for managing computer networks. One of the duties of a network administrator is network monitoring because errors on the server and services running on the server cannot be known when it happened. This can be difficult if the administrator is far from a surveillance center. A network Monitoring System is a system that helps Network Administrators in supervising and managing computer networks that exist in an agency. By using the system that will be implemented in this research, the computer network monitoring process can be monitored remotely, anywhere and anytime as long as it is connected to the Internet network. With this Network Monitoring System, it is hoped that in the long term PT Cyber Network Indonesia can implement an integrated and well-monitored Internet network system. Test results using Network Monitoring Zabbix, generate real-time data regarding bandwidth usage, problem logs and resource availability.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 or Covid-19 is called global because it is spreading rapidly around the world, increasing cases and deaths, and lack of treatment and vaccines. Seeing rapid spread of Covid-19 and dangers will arise if not handled immediately, One of the most likely ways to prevent the spread of this virus is develop a vaccine. The Head of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of DKI Jakarta Province Issues Decree (SK) No. 1972 of 2021 concerning the Covid-19 Prevention and Control Protocol in Offices or State-Owned Enterprises. Company leaders only allow the implementation of Work From Office (WFO) to workers who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 at least the first dose. One of the companies that need vaccines for workers is PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V or PTPN V because the number of Covid-19 cases in PTPN V is increasing. Based on this case, this research will model or group Covid-19 vaccine data at PTPN V using the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm. The attributes used in this study were Gender, Age, Unit of Work and Vaccine Status. The best cluster results obtained are 5 clusters, the most cluster in cluster 2 there are 3574 persons, and the cluster which has the least number of products is cluster 4 with 18 person. The result of testing the validity of the Silhouette Index (SI) value is 0.1541, thus the quality of the cluster is still far from reaching the optimal word.
